Cancelation Policy

Full refund, LESS $20 service fee up until March 29. No refund after that time; however, your registration is fully transferable to another (same sex) attendee anytime up to the start of the retreat. If requesting a refund, the process could take up to 3 weeks after retreat.

  • $198* per attendee (2 in a room)

  • $310 single occupancy
  • $160* per attendee  (3 in a room)
  • $140* per attendee ​ (4 in a room)
    (*roommates must register separately; please include the names of the other roommates in the registration form below.)
Your registration Includes:
  • 2 nights housing (Friday-Saturday)
  • 3 meals (Saturday Breakfast (pick-up continental breakfast when you register, Saturday Grand Country Lunch Buffet, Catered Hot Breakfast on Sunday); 
  • Speaker, worship, mixers and materials
Housing:  All rooms are hotel style rooms with 2 queen beds and a private bath. Linens, towels, small refrigerator and microwave are provided. Facility is cashless, smoke free, & vape free.
All Attendees: Due to our insurance policy, all attendees must bring a copy of their health insurance card and emergency contact information.
