Registration

Cost: 
  • $198 per attendee (double occupancy)
  • $310  single occupancy
  • $160*  per attendee  (3 in a room)
  • $140*  per attendee ​ (4 in a room)
  • (*  roommates must come together)
  • Note: If you are paying by Credit Card, there is a $5 charge added.
Includes:
• 2 nights housing
• 5 meals 
• Speaker and materials

(Sunday lunch is not included but we will meet at a local restaurant)
Housing:  All rooms are hotel style rooms with 2 queen beds and private bath. Linens and towels are provided. Refrigerator and Microwave are provided in each room.
All Attendees: Due to our insurance policy, all attendees must bring a copy of your health insurance card and information for emergency contact people in case it is needed.
